A: All packages are shipped using USPS standard shipping unless second-day air is requested which is shipped via UPS with a tracking number (additional cost).

Q: Is there a flat rate shipping method or am I able to choose from a variety of shipping methods?
A: Orders under $30 are shipped at a flat rate charge of $2.95 within the continential U.S. ($3.95 for Alaska and Hawaii) when you select standard USPS shipping, with slightly higher rates for larger purchases. Shipping is free for orders over $100.00. Additional charges apply if you select the UPS second-day airmail as your shipping method. An additional fee applies to international orders. Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: Standard orders that are in-stock are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt (we receive and ship orders Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Time). You will be notified if your order is out-of-stock.

A: An email confirmation will be sent after order has shipped. Second-day orders (additional charge) are shipped within 1 business day and tracking number and shipment date will be provided via email.

Q: Is there a shipping discount available on additional item purchases when combining shipping?
A: You will receive a substantial shipping discount on additional items you purchase at the same time, that are shipped to the same address. This would of course depend upon the nature of the items you are purchasing, such as weight, quantity and size, etc. Any applicable shipping discounts are calculated and applied at checkout.
